That's odd. I've tried a lot of different beers and brewed some myself. I'm going to disagree and say that Triumph is a fine brewpub with fine brews.
Fuji in Haddonfield Revisited
We were there last night. Our goal has been to try different dishes each time, but we just can't pass up the Dobin Pot soup. For small plates, we had the eggplant with miso, and also the steamed Venus clams. My wife had the pan seared soft shell crabs for her entree. I choose some sashimi, sea bream, needle fish, yellow jack, and Japanese sardine. For Sushi, I had octopus, live scallop, giant clam, and eel. I also had a Rainbow roll, and the avocado added just the right amount of contrast with the fish. Red bean ice cream, and pineapple for desserts.
I also agree on the service. Our waitress had the most infectious smile too. I have to agree with LaBan that "the kitchen creates some of the most authentic and expertly crafted Japanese cooking in the region."
