Best meal I ever ate:

Noooo, please don't make me choose(It must have included cheese)! In my travels i've eaten food in places where i didn't speak the language, and still don't know what i ate-great fun! Food, an experience that can be shared world wide!

My current drink of choice:

Campari with tonic or soda on the rocks or iced Vietnamese coffee

I really wish I could:

Retire on a cruise ship, waking up in a new place daily, eating my way around the world, again, and again, and again...

My "Go-to" dinner party dish:

Ask the host, for a category, then enjoy the challenge of finding/making an unusual dish to take

My favorite comfort food:

Home made mac-n-cheese ever since I was a kid. On the foodie side of the family we say "We can tell you where we went by what we ate".

My recipe box, so many memories, once told a host that copying recipies from their recipe box would be way more gratifying than accompanying them to church. Need I tell you that it sits on top of the bookcase full of cookbooks in the kitchen?
