Chili dogs - after spending 14 days in a survival course eating only food that we could find in a desert, they were sublime.

OH DEAR – NEVER make the same dish twice – life is too short to waste on food re-runs.

Bale Well, Vietnam --- Chaz Panisse, California --- Sankuay, Peru --- Bukhara, India --- Sukiyabashi Jiro, Japan

My most tattered cookbooks:

Don’t use cookbooks, most are haphazardly thrown together containing numerous errors in recipes. Besides they are out of date when they are printed, much better to keep up on current food trends by periodicals and eating out often.
