Lemon Meringue Pie with a Graham Cracker Crust

I thought it was delicious! It was also easy to make. I am in Europe, where I find they generally like less sugar in their desserts than in the US, so I used 3/4 the amount in the filling and half in the meringue, and it was still really sweet and delicious!
