This is a new Jewish Deli that has recently opened up in Burlington, VT off Church Street (189 Bank Street, Burlington 864-5308). I decided to give them a try today. I was not disappointed! My biggest problem was trying not to order everything at once.
I opted to sample the matzo ball soup - fairly tasty! I thought it could use a little more salt to my taste, but then I love salt! I got an order of it to take home. For my sit down choices, I got a side order of latkes with sour cream and applesauce. YUM! They were crispy around the edges, tender in the middle, and golden brown all over, (with a taste of onion?) These items were reasonably priced.
The next item put me over the top. An honest to goodness Reuben. Grilled rye, corned beef, sauerkraut, 1000 island dressing, and (swiss? Sorry, I don't pay attention to everything!) cheese. I was only going to eat half so as not to hurt myself, but...well, there were no leftovers. The price of the sandwiches seemed a bit steep, but where else are you going to find an authentic Jewish deli outside of NYC?
Oh! Pickles - 1/2 sours and full sours. An order is $1.25 for one of each.
There were many other lovely looking things on the menu, including fish. (As I am not a fish lover, someone else will have to write that review.) They did have fresh lox, cow tongue, and whitefish. They were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend visiting them. Just bring a large appetite!
p.s. Did I forget to mention the Dr. Brown's sodas?

Thank you for introducing me to this place. The food was great!
I was there last night for the pizza and it was really good! We had the Buffalo Mozzarella pizza which had whole cloves of roast garlic, nice artichoke hearts, fresh tomato slices, and more cheese than you could shake a stick at! I'd never had Buffalo mozzarella before. It's a little sweeter than your average mozzarella, but that did not detract from the over all experience of the pie. Sama served us. Very nice guy.
