Earl Grey Tea, Laudure' French Melange Tea with roses &amp; violets, Jasmine Tea, Tejave or Passion Fruit Iced Teas, Coffee Affogato, Granita or Coffee Liguoise, Fresh-Squeezed Blood-Orange &amp; Tangerine Juice &amp; Pellegrino Iced with a twist of fresh lemon.Also, Vosges or L.A. Burdick drinking Chocolate with heavey cream on top!

Spinikopita, cheese boreca or other item made with Fillo dough, a decadent ornate Brie en Croute I love to assemble, a French Marrons Gateau which is a Merangue(sp.) & chestnut cream cake, a decadent million-ingriedient salad or a Paella.

Warm N.Y. Clam Chowder, an Indian gravied potatoes & peas dish, Cheese Borekas with filla-dough, Robiola, Ticklemore-Goat or other creamy Neal's Yard Goat Cheese with dried fig & walnuts, Peach Kefir, any pastry with real whip cream, Vosge's Barcelona Bar which is creamy intense chocolat with Fleur de Sel, & chocolate fleur de Sel Cookies with milk
