What's with Panera Bread?

I frequent the Panera Bread in Rockaway NJ and the one in Woodcliff Lake NJ, they are both highly efficient, food is consistent, and generally clean. Woodcliff Lake being the cleaner of the two.

Which is the lesser of two evils; diet or regular soda?

Hmmmm, rather lose an arm or a leg? Do your best to kick the habit and have the product (which is what it is) only occassionally - know that it is not the staff of life.
To kick the habit - it depends on your current consumption - rather than cold turkey, try reducing by one serving per day. Within a month (allowing for mishaps) you should be clean.

When you bring your lunch, what do you pack your salad dressing in?

You can buy a rubbermade type bowl with a compartment in the lid designed just for this purpose - you open the compartment onto the salad when you're ready to eat.
Hope you can find one.

made by guateplast and purchased in the supermarket of discount store

Vegetarian Sandwiches to Take to Work

Other than on site assembly of tomato or cucumber on 9 grain, hummus on an everything bagel is a nice alternative. PB&J passes the test too >{:-)

Help Me Make the Perfect Cup of Tea

The water has to be boiling, I like Bigelow or Twinings. Don't over steep, 3 minutes for one cup is more than enough. A tad of sugar, lemon if you wish, never milk in tea.
Enjoy!
