Thanks for the reply! I guess I'll just test it before drinking it, but it would be nice to have some idea of a time frame.

I recently took a trip to Italy for study abroad, and brought back a bottle of this AMAZING pistachio liquor. I've opened it, but I'm taking my time drinking it because I want it to last a while... although it's tempting not to drink the whole bottle in one sitting, it's that good! Anyway, I'm wondering how long it will last in the refrigerator. I've googled this a bit, but I've read multiple answers, ranging from a few weeks to a year. Does anybody know how long a cream based liquor will keep in a fridge, properly sealed?
