Quebec City/near outlying neighborhood options with a 1 yr. old
I was afraid that I might be overstepping my chow-bounds with the neighborhood request though I did mean for it to be food-specific (which might then lead to living options ;).. so hope the moderators are not upset with me... I am clickable at burnie10@hotmail.com. Also, thanks for the hotels - we actually tried the auberge though it was sold out, I will check the Saint-Antoine.
Do you have another crepe option that you like better than the Casse crepe?
Quebec City/near outlying neighborhood options with a 1 yr. old
My family will be in Quebec City for a week starting the 6th and may be relocating here from Los Angeles... we are looking for good, family friendly options (from previous research have Le Café du Clocher penché, Café (chez?) Temporel on Couillard, Casse-Crêpe Breton on St-Jean amongst a few others for the city...) but we are also planning on checking out the surrounding neighborhoods for areas that we may want to live and are looking for recommendations there (neither of us are french speakers - though I just purchased the Berlitz tapes!). So far everything I have read is more concentrated on the city and we want to get a feel for how it would be to actually live here as well...
We are staying in the Marriott Courtyard in quebec city (only suite we could find - so taking recommendations on hotels with nice suites as well, if anyone knows of any in the city?!)
Thanks in advance for any advice!
