Best meal I ever ate:
It's a tie between my nana's pot roast and my first meal at Prune, where I ate my first bone barrow, spread on toast, and perfectly fried sweetbreads. YUM.
My current drink of choice:
Beer. I like Palm, Blue Moon, and Six Point Sweet Action for summer.
I really wish I could:
Eat a meal in Italy... or at Per Se or Daniel. Someone give me some money.
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
I've been bringing watermelon/feta/basil salad to potlucks lately because it's unexpected, simple, and delicious. When I throw dinner parties, I like to make braised meats.
My favorite comfort food:
Pot roast, meat loaf, matzoh ball soup.
