the count in chicago?

I'm from Fort Wayne, IN and yesterday while I was at Fresh Market, cringing over cheese prices, a lady told me about a place called "the count" in chicago. She said they've got great cheese and decent prices, and they will ship it to you. Anyone know of it and where it's located? website? address? Anything?

I've done some searching online but can't locate any information. It's possible I may have the name wrong too.
