Sisig (Filipino Sizzling Pork)

Made it and sort of improvised today. I didn't feel like trying to find the jowl or the pig ear so just used shoulder and country rib and it came out about 80% as good as it is off of the truck. Next time I will try to find both and I think it will push it over the top
