Curry donuts?

In Diamond Bar or Rowland Heights area.

I am looking and looking and looking and cannot find anywhere that sells curry donuts consistently.

The one spot I know has them is inside Super H market ... But if one is not there just when the open, the sell out fast.

Many a time I go in, and only one is there...which is difficult to split between three boys and a wife...

Is there anywhere else I can get them?

Where to find better pork products

We recently bought a pig raised for us at a local farm. Definitely better living conditions!

We support Amy's Farm in Ontario....find one close to you.

A freezer full of pig is better tasting and cheaper than store bought.

Leaf Lard. I found it!!

8 oz for $10 or a large 34-36 oz tub for $40.

The duck fat was $12 for 8 oz... i know, pricey, but really tasty!

Gonna have to check our Nicole's.

Homemade yogurt, fermentation stage got too hot

I make a gallon of yogurt every week. Always on my stovetop, then into my oven.

I heat the milk to 180 degrees, let cool to about 115, then add 1/4 cup of room temp plain yogurt .

I then cover the pot with plastic wrap and put it in my oven ( with the light on) overnite.

In the morning, it is yummy thick yogurt.

Lately, I have added one step of straining it through a cheese cloth in a strainer. A couple of hours later, I get a really thick yogurt, and leftover whey that I use for pancakes or waffles.

Oh, your question... I have "redone" an over heated yogurt mix before and it worked.
