Fettuccine Alfredo

•1)1/2 pound fettuccine

( "Prepare the Cream"):
(((finely grated imported Parmesan cheese (about 4 soup spoon) 3 eggs yolk, 3 oz of extra virgin olive, 3 oz of boiling water, 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper and salt))).
3)Mix well and this is the cream to saulte' with the aldente cooked pasta.
