Romantic setting would be nice but no real cuisine preferences. (Sorry for the vagueness).

I'm going out on prom night with my date and I want to take her somewhere great for dinner. Although I'm not looking for the most expensive place in the city, we are getting dressed up in formal attire. Price should probably not be much of an issue but both us are also still in High School. Any advice as to where we should go?
