If you had to chose the 5 best restaurants in China Town NYC from point of view of food, price, service, cleanliness, etc. which ones would you chose?

I am looking for restaurants comparable to Tofu on the 7th and Anthony's. Both seem to have fairly good reviews. Any other suggestions besides these two that have a similar price range.

Has anyone eaten at Anthony's or Tofu on 7th both located in the Park Slope area of Brooklyn? Also, if you have perhaps you have other suggestions that would be comparable to these two?
