The recipes that they have on their website are great. But they are NOT for the couscous they serve. IF anyone is near one of these restaurants, and could deconstruct the recipe. Or if anyone has it...I would be most grateful!

""The One"" they serve has tomatoes, and pistachios, and golden raisins, and is ...impossible to find! Thank you again tho for this one..which is very good.
