Where to buy cheap enamel cookware in NYC?

I am looking for a large rectangular roasting pan made of that cheap lightweight metal covered with enamel. There used to be a hardware store near me that sold that kind of thing, but they are no longer there. Does anyone know where I can find that kind of cookware? I'm thinking it might be sold somewhere in Chinatown? Maybe Queens? Internet? I want as lightweight as possible, but coated with "porcelain" or enamel.

What's your favorite restaurant in Gramercy Park?

Yippee!! We're moving from Sutton Place to Gramercy Park. While we're thrilled about living in a younger and more vibrant neighborhood (doesn't take much to be more vibrant than Senior Place), my BF claims that there is a dearth of good restaurants in the area. Right now our nabe faves are Tiella, Cafe Joul and Sip Sak. Any recommendations for where to eat in Gramercy Park?

Dried morel mushrooms

I found a little packet of dried morels in the back of the cabinet. Any suggestions of what to do with it?

Seeking Chinese pulled noodle master

My boyfriend has become obsessed with Chinese hand-pulled noodles, and I thought it would be fun to get him a private cooking lesson for his birthday so he could learn how to make them. We're in Manhattan, but I'm guessing this may involve traveling to Queens, which is no problem (more adventure!) Anyone know a noodle master who could teach a beginner lesson? BF doesn't speak Chinese, so a bit of English would be helpful, unless it can just be taught with demonstrate/emulate.

Aluminum foil source

Does anyone know where I can buy a big restaurant size roll of heavy aluminum foil in Manhattan, as a gift for my barbecue-obsessed friend?

Flatiron / Gramercy area - need restaurant suggestion for simple fish, chicken or pasta.

Thanks for the suggestions. It looks like my friend's bland diet is going to have to continue for a while, so we're having to develop some new eating choices.

Rao's?

Meh! Been there, it's OK but I wouldn't go out of my way for it. The food is fine, but it's really about being made to feel a part of something elite. (I was with someone who had his picture on the wall.) But did I really want to listen to some guy get up and start singing opera for about 20 minutes in the middle of my meal? No, I would have preferred to continue our conversation. Admittedly, I'm not a huge fan of Italian food -- it's in my top ten but probably about ninth. And I truly do not "get" why pasta and simple sauce should cost so much. The big thrill is really about who else is there, dining next to you in a tiny restaurant. On the night I went that meant Tommy Hilfiger and Phil Dusenberry. So, yeah, it was cool seeing Dusenberry. But he's dead, now, so not even a chance of spotting him again.

Going out tonight with my friend whose doctor just put him on a bland diet for a digestive problem. Looking for a place that does a nice whole grilled fish. Or maybe simple chicken or pasta that doesn't involve tomato sauce. Preferably around Union Square, Flatiron or Gramercy Park.
