Limes should be paired with blancos/anything not aged-to bring out the peppery-ness
Oranges bring out the sweetness from anything that's been aged(reposado or anejo)

With their awards and being named "countrys best"...could be worth the Journey!
Also a cab would probably be ideal ; )

The "perfect margarita" is 3 ingredients:
High quality tequila(a reposado or anejo only!)
Like Cazadores Anejo, or Herradura anejo.
Mixed with tripple sec/or better-Grand Marnier
And fresh squeezed OJ.
Shaken super cold...you'll thank me ; )

Keep in mind, Grand Marnier-Lapostolle Family, has been around since 1880!

The absolute Best is from Key West Key Lime Pie Co., although on Big Pine Key, they have won numrous Blue Ribbons. They have been named for many years "the Country's Best"!

Although a bit on the sweeter side, Grand Marnier came out with Quintessence last Nov. It's amazing, founders family reserves from their private stock. It features a 1906 & 1955 cognac w/a double parfum on the exotic orange, making it more subtle. They only produced 2,000 bottles worldwide(1,000 to the US). Although a bottle might set you back, try finding the nearest Bar or Upscale restaurant, which would offer it by the ounce. A must try!

The best thing you can do in the situation:
Casually probe questions w/o ever being to blunt, just to see her reactions.
"what do you like to do when you're not working"
"are you allowed to have a drink"
"whats your favorite food"
Take notice to her reactions, body language, how she responds, tone of voice....and go from there.
But yes, tread lightly, over a period of time...

Arancinis (rice balls), cannoli cake(really moist like a tres leche), great Italian bread(usually more of a circle-darker brown exterior-super light n airy inside), gardunes(from celery family-slightly tart, usially breaded), etc, etc

2 places NOT mentioned that will change everyone minds:

Dagwood's (Town n Country) best garlic wings/wings in general...very plump, they crackle 'n crunch outside, tender 'n juicy inside....get over the fact there is a water treatement plant across the street, and that the place is trailer-trashy...also, fresh cut fries-A Must!

Anthony's Coal Fire Oven (carrolwood across from Tanks Tap room)
-One choice of flavor here, no need for others here, they do it Right!
Their wings have an Italian herb marinade, they cook them in their 800° oven to super roast 'em! A-mazing! Topped with caramelized onions and served with toasted ciabatta bread. Yum!

Garlic Wings-by far is @ Dagwoods(Town N Country), corner of Waters Ave and Sheldon
Its a real hole in the wall, with a water treatment plant across the street, but just deal with it! I've ate there for years, never a problem. Also great fresh cut fries and patty melt! Fries here are a MUST! Wings crackle on the outside, tender, plump and juicy on the inside!

Tanks Tap Room is just OK for wings....BUT...
Right across the street at Anthony's WoodFire Oven-
Anthony's only has one flavor option(You dont need more here!) <-----Because they're PERFECT! It's Italian seasoned wings, cooked in a 900° oven! Served with carmelized onions and toasted ciabatta bread.....A-mazing!
