Best meal I ever ate:
Would have to be salad, baked potato and steak in Owen's Valley, Ca right after hiking down from a 14-day High Sierra backpacking trip
My current drink of choice:
Red Wine. Cosmos aren't bad either
I really wish I could:
Travel extensively through France and Italy. I've been to both places twice, but still want more!!!
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
There are so many, but one that is quick and never fails is Baked Salmon (15 min. or less) with olive,shallot and butter orzo and asparagus
My favorite comfort food:
CARBS! potatos or bisquits for sure
My top 5 favorite restaurants:
Bix, Olivetto, Trattoria Siciliana, Range,Postino
My most tattered cookbooks:
Joy of Cooking, several Julia Child cookbooks. Getting there is America's Test Kitchen
