What is replacing Fuddruckers in New Brunswick?

I think the wooden facade that just went up on the exterior rules out PF Chang's, I don't think that is their style.

Meat in Ocean/Monmouth County

I am looking for a good butcher in Ocean/Monmouth County. Looking for specialty meats like mutton, game and offal meat. I would also be interested in finding a good place to find pasture raised meat and poultry.

This has some of the prices and menu items, ranges from $7-$24 ( for a foie gras, wagyu and truffle burger

)

Unfortunately it is only in Atlanta at this time, but hopefully it does well enough to expand into the area.

Bobby's Burger Palace

Served well done. Was not asked at the counter how I would like my burger done, which is very disappointing considering the prices.

Bobby's Burger Palace

To follow up on what I just posted, this is what Bobby's Burger Palace should be like.

The site isn't done yet, but it's a burger place by Richard Blais from Top Chef Season 4. Same prices, but 100 times the quality.

Bobby's Burger Palace

Yes it is open and no it is not worth it. Went there Wednesday. It was packed (expected). Upon arrival the place looks nice. But the food? Awful. I got the Dallas Burger, which is spice encrusted with coleslaw and pickles. The spices on the burger were disgusting and I expected something much better from the self-proclaimed bold flavor king. My fiancee got the LA Burger with the turkey patty. I know turkey burgers aren't quite as juicy as beef, but this was ridiculous. She had to take a drink after every bite just to swallow and the avocado relish that came with it, well maybe it's just my professional opinion but avocados just don't go very well. The burgers were both small and overpriced at 7.50 each. We also got an order of fries and an order of onion rings, also over priced. I could have gotten better fries at McD's and the onion rings were under seasoned and under fried. And the milkshakes? Overpriced again. I got the black and white and it tasted almost identical to a Wendy's frosty. And the "real" whipped cream was overwhipped and gritty. And at 5 dollars each, very much not worth it. The service was good overall. I am a big fan of family style dining, but not at all in this type of establishment. When trying to make a modern malt shop, family style isn't something that I think works. And as for Bobby Flay? I've called him a boss and a colleague, but most of all I would call him a sell out. This place is just horrible and after reading some people's opinions of the Long Island one, it is not a one time occurence. If it wasn't for people wanting to eat at a "celebrity" chef's restaurant, this place would be closed inside 6 months. As for all the people that will respond that it is just a burger place what can I expect? First, Fudruckers is ten times better than this place. And second, go to 'witchcraft and you can see what a celebrity chef can do with a casual place. All in all I give Bobby's Burger Palace an F- - - - . Even though I am not a fan of Bobby, I expected more. And for close to forty bucks for 2 people, not worth it. Don't waste your time with this place

Does anyone know where to find offal meats in or around Brick? I will be moving their shortly and enjoy offal meats. How about any other specialty meats? Like frog or game? Or just a good butcher in general

Gourmet food store/ Good butcher in NJ? [moved from Manhattan board]

Thanks the meat selection there was great. On another note do you know a place that has a larger fish selection and maybe a place that I can buy bones for stock? Thank you again.
