Korean Soybean Sprout Salad

As a native Korean, I feel the need to correct this recipe. You have to blanch/steam the sprouts in a small amount of water first. Then you add a smidgen of minced garlic, sesame oil, salt and thinly chopped spring onions. This recipe can be followed with either mung sprouts or soybean sprouts.
