Wow, that is a crazy big question! Don't think I can answer it per se... I can say that my year would not be complete without the Christmas Eve meal of frikadeller, red cabbage, bruna bonor, potatoes, pickled herring, pickled beets, rice with cream and cinnamon sugar and rum pudding!!
My current drink of choice:
iced mint tea or iced coffee with a good splash of cold rice milk
My favorite comfort food:
thin sliced cocktail rye bread and a plate of assorted cheeses, veggies, pickles and fruits
