Horchata de Avena (Oatmeal Horchata it's so refreshing!) & I love "Agua Fresca de Platano" it's HEAVEN with RUM

Cuba, Spain (Farmers Markets in Barcelona, the culinary clubs in San Sebastian), Mexico (would love to explore Oaxaca for it's 7 moles), Greece, etc.

Bread Pudding, Flan, Natilla, Empanada Gallega, Empanadillas, Papa Rellena, Pozole

Rabo Encendido (Cuban oxtail stew) common it's rich, fatty. meaty, hardy veggies great sauce YUM!

I don't tat them up, Memories of a Cuban Kitchen is one of my favorite books... I like Penelope Casas book "Paella"
