Best meal I ever ate:
Had several that were memorable. The Seafood Pasta w/ a Saffron Sauce I had in Charlotte N.C. The VIP Buffet at a hotel in New Orleans and the Asian Sweet Chili Salmon at the Boathouse in Vancouver B.C.
My current drink of choice:
Baileys Irish Cream or a great Tequilla.

Have a bigger and better kitchen to cook in
