Sounds great- I've been craving Cuban since I visited a friend in California. This will give me a great excuse for a road trip- thanks for your help!! :)

I know that a lot of groups around here have giant pancake feeds- you could have all the bacon and sausage already cooked and in warming trays, and rent a giant griddle (people here hire the Waffle Man!) for the pancakes.
But there's something about a good old fashioned BBQ to kick off Summer :)

I've done a bit of googling and read a few reviews, but I'd love to hear from ya'all. I've been dying for some good Cuban lately- I live South of Lincoln but am willing to drive 3 or 4 hours, seriously! Thanks a ton!
