Paris neophyte needs help with Hi John, |

Paris neophyte needs help with We are planning a trip to France in August and will celebrate our anniversary during our stay in Paris. We would like to dine in a special occasion restaurant with a more formal decor. My dilemma concerns the menus. My husband loves dining out, but we are not quite as adventurous as some diners and would like to have adequate choices on the menu. The cost is not as much of a concern as knowing that we will find plat principals that we would enjoy. Thank you so much for any advice. |

question on frosting and fillings Thanks for the information I think I'll make these closer to the wedding date. I'll be cooking for 150 guests so it's going to be a stretch, but cakes are in the freezer so i'm that far ahead and I do have some help. I've frozen the white chocolate filling before and it does work. The other one could be made the week of. Just didn't want to get too far in over my head. Thanks everyone!! |
