Best lobster roll in the city is a matter of taste, so if you like lots of Mayo Pearl Oyster is the best. If you like a classic lobster roll then its hands down Ed's Lobster bar. i have done my due diligence and research, and most NYC lobster rolls use TOO MUCH MAYO...
