Vegan Fluffy Buttercream Frosting

Followed the recipe (but used all margarine, no shortening), but for some reason vegan margarine (Earthbound) kept separating in the frosting, making it a very weird, chunky texture. It might just be that the kitchen was really hot when making it. I added natural peanut butter to it and chilled it, and that made the texture PERFECT and tasted GREAT. Added the newman-o's and topped some gluten-free vegan chocolate cupcakes. Everyone loved it, and none of us are vegan!!! :P
