A steaming bowl of "champong," with some kimchee on the side. A distant second would be a Chili Frank Plate from Zippy's with extra mac salad, a piece of fried chicken, and a large Orange Bang.

Ten Yone in Japan, Imanas-tei in Honolulu, Roy's (Hawai'i Kai) in Honolulu, Sunrise Okinawan Restaurant in Honolulu, and Eastern Paradise in Honolulu.
