Does anyone know what happened?

I believe stores don't sell it here anymore. Why? There is Kobe beef raised in America, but it&Wagyu is not the same marbelization, is it? What's the top replacent beef for Japanese cuisine these days,&where can I get it?

OK now only ice cream recommendations, no $6 gelato for me. ($5 coffee is OK but)

Where (market or restaurant/cafe) has ice cream with real, good capuccino flavor? (Or even gelato)

Occasionally, some respectable places will serve rotten/not so fresh sushi. What do you do in those cases? Chalk it up to occasional error, or complain? If you complained, did they correct your error? Or just not go to that place again?
