...it's a shame about Villetta but based on my recent meal there and things I have also heard, I'd say there was a major decline in quality and value. I'm happy to report I had a great Christmastime dinner at Tavern though!

there isnt anything similar to Balthazar here in LA...but Melisse is even better !

I had a really yummy meal at villetta this summer and one that was not very good last week-
the langostines ? obviously from a box taken out of the bottom of their freezer. I had heard they were only using local stuff-maybe this came from their local Trader Joes ?
