Thank you . Tried Comfort Diner on 45th. Good waffles and French toast. Wish the oatmeal was better than the usual Quaker Oats. Better than average diner for breakfast. Great coffee bar next store, too.

Thanks, I actually just booked Vic's on the river, also Elizabeth's on 37. Two nights Savannah, 4 in Charleston. Staying Kiawah. Flying into charleston, then driving to Savannah. Any recommendations not far from airport, on the way, for light lunch, very casual?

Thanks, Sue. I am sure I will feel the same about Savannah people! I will check out those threads, today, as I will be down there in two days. Will also look at things to do, as I will be in town for a couple of days as a tourist.

We are a group five, several foodies. I have done some research and narrowed down to the following. Would like one night Italian. Nothing stuffy. We will have a car, but would like to keep drive within 20 minutes from The Hotel at Mandalay Bay
