Quick etiquette question.. If a bottle of red wine is brought to the table and after you try it you realize that the wine is too warm, what is the proper way to handle that situation? I find that more often then not, the wine tastes OK, but the restaurant doesn’t serve the wine at the right temperature. Thank-you in advance!

Peanut Oil - need a quick answer!
Hey fellow hounders, i need to get ~3gallons of peanut oil to fry my turkey tomorrow. I live in Pac Heights would prefer to not have to go to Costco.. Help please!
