Thanks so much. I was really worried that I'd messed it up. It is for a chicken. I can't get turkey over here in Taiwan (not conveniently, anyway).
This is my first time making stuffing. I followed a recipe from:
The mixture tastes fine, but is very loose. I was under the impression that stuffing was supposed to be moist. I suspect that it may be because I used Progresso plain bread crumbs instead of toasting them cruming the bread myself, but I am not sure.
Should it be loose? If not, is there a way I can moisten it before I serve it with Christmas lunch tomorrow?
