Grasshopper Pie - Specifically, Friendly's

Husband came home with GS cookies, including a box of Thin Mints. Not my fave. I like mint chocolate chip ice cream and thought grasshopper pie would be a good use. Anyone have a good recipe or remember Friendly's? Thanks!

The scavengers would eat them. Or likely someone would snatch the bag for themselves ;)

Keep talking. Do you have an easy peanut butter pie recipe that has chocolate in it?

Garnish help please.

The pineapple had a brown sugar top so came out bubbly and gorgeous. The corn, well. The corn needs help. Nothing sounded quite right and it came out delicious but not the looker of the buffet table. May need to do a paprika sprinkle or something. To me, paprika has zero flavor - it's just a nice accent color. Still open to ideas. Hope everyone had a fantastic Thanksgiving and holiday dinner.

Cranberry Relish

Very similar to my recipe of 16 years and I have an amazing shortcut, you're welcome: defrost a package of Stouffer's Harvest Apples, (let sit in fridge overnight) add to saucepan with a can of whole cranberry sauce and juice of half of an orange. Add a Pinch of salt, pepper, cinnamon. Warm through then pour into serving dish with a tablespoon of orange zest and a 1/4 cup chopped of walnuts. Serve warm, cold or room temp. Great on leftover turkey sandwiches or over ice cream. Versatile.

Thank you so much! Ended up roasting them then pulsed into a purée and made ricotta topped carrs crackers with a dollop of the sauce and made pasta with a vegetable ragout using the tomatoes as base. All terrific!

Excellent idea gingershelley, might do that now actually. May have to use a Carr's Water Cracker but that sounds perfect for a snack.

So I have about 11 Campari Tomatoes that need to be prepared as well. I typically enjoy tomatoes with ricotta (only have about a half cup here) -- but need to use all of these things. Should the tomatoes be used for chili? I'm really flaking over here. Thanks.

L.Nightshade -- your ambition is impressive. I love Vietnamese summer rolls too. I'm thinking this hunk o' pork is going into a chili. And perhaps a taco. And maybe a hot sandwich with muenster and some creamy horseradish.

Herb roasted this gorgeous Costco Pork Loin Roast. Fantastic! Day 2 made Pork Fried Rice and now this giant remainder of roast taunts me every time u open the fridge.

Appreciate all suggestions because I'm seriously blanking on his one and what a waste if I have to dump this thing.

Thanks and happy holidays!
