Depends on the guests. Roast chicken (I'm a master and get the birds from a local farmer.) Gorgonzola encrusted filet mignon with veal demi glace or roasted salmon with green beans, anchovy, olives and basil with a creme fraiche and tomato sauce
My favorite comfort food:
Pizza. Bar none.

Gary Danko, Manny's, Per Se, Acme Chophouse (God rest her soul) Graham Elliott and since one of mine is closed I'm adding Sepia.
