Best meal I ever ate:

Linguini in White Clam Sauce in Venice Italy at a small Trattoria near the Rialto Bridge! The Pizza by the slice in many of the little walk up Pizzarias was always great to in Venice, Italy!

My current drink of choice:

Lemonade Crystal Light with a squeese of real lemon added!

I really wish I could:

Find a great Italian Restaurant in Colorado Springs, Co where I live! Also return to Italy, Austria and Germany for a 4 month visit to our old favorite places from when we lived there from 1977 to 1980! I'd go from August to November!

My "Go-to" dinner party dish:

Salad with dried cranberries, mandarin oranges, roasted candied pecans with a mix of Chinese Salad dressing and a Rasberry Vinegarette! Also homemade Cherry Cheesecake!

My favorite comfort food:

Anything that is Carbohydrate heavy! Also somethings that just taste heavy in Carbohydrates, but are not!

Still looking, but I love Edelweiss Restaurant here in Colorado Springs, and Poblanos Mexican Restaurant in Falcon, Colorado, and Bamboo Garden in Falcon, Colorado
