I went to Anatolia's Gate today and asked about Anatolia Express. It is connected with them and will open within a couple of weeks. It'll have a lot of the same food, but not a stone oven, so lavash won't be served. However, they said there is a different kind of bread that they will have, also puffy. Can't wait - love the food!
