I want to say - the dark haired girl on the panel - was she a comedian? She was very quiet, almost disconcertingly so.

She reminds of an artificial sweetener. I am not particularly impressed with her. I like Susie and Vic. Jeff isn't real to me either. Vic needs a lot of work, and I don't know about his food chops, but I like his personality.

I think the risotto looked so bad, he felt there was nothing else to do. Monavano is right, if you feel you have enough knowledge to have a cooking show, then you should know how to cook the basics.

He has more credibility than I do. You may not like him, but there are obviously people out there who do. I see that every time I go to the grocery store and see his products for sale on the shelves.

I think she was saved because Puck liked her attitude. He was impressed by how she handled herself. Had they kicked her off, I think they would have offended him and his contribution to the show

I would have gone to the lobster and filet truck too. Although, the meatballs sounded great too. I just thought the name was totally stupid, and I didn't get it. Something like having a ball would have been better.

Ok - the dark haired girl, you know the one - they think she is too serious, but has great food. Anyway, they tell her to be funnier, or more relaxed, but when she tries, she gets called out for not being herself. That I just don't understand.

I wanted to try the meatballs. I also wanted to try the wraps. Some of that food looked really good to me.
Which FoodNetwork Hosts/Shows Do You Miss?
I miss Mario. I always liked how he knew the history of the dish he was making. It was very interesting.

I feel the same way. I hear the challenge, think to myself, what on earth would I make, and then sit back and wonder why their food is praised when it has noting to do with the original dish.
Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution, season two
Thanks! I will have to give that a try. I remember my granddad used to make me buckwheat pancakes when I was a kid. They were really good. I will look for the buckwheat pasta.
Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution, season two
I buy the whole grain pasta, which has as many carbs, but since they are whole grains they burn more slowly. As someone who has to watch carbs, I have found that with the Hodgson pasta I also get a lot of fiber per serving. I just really try to watch my serving size and make sure I don't go overboard when I do eat pasta. Not all "brown" pastas are bad, you just have to watch and read your labels.
Beef Liver
I really don't know. All I know is that I have a bunch - and I mean a bunch of liver in my freezer that I need to use. I will look into the recipes that I found and sub with my liver. We will see!
Beef Liver
I have a bunch of beef liver from our side of beef. I have looked for recipes, but they all called for calve's liver. Can anyone help? I want to cook some of it for my husband - he loves liver. Thanks.

Woman suing Nutella over false nutrition claims
Yummy.....makes me want to make my own tacos and nachos.
Vacuum Sealer
It dies when I am food saving a lot of food at one time. It takes a very long time to food save my big orders of pork and seafood. It overheats all the time.
Vacuum Sealer
I am looking for a new vacuum sealer. I want one that won't break down in two years - any suggestions? I have a food saver at the moment, but am kind of looking for something a little better.
Thanks
Woman suing Nutella over false nutrition claims
So what is the difference? A carb is a carb when it comes to sugar, right? Or am I mistaken - that has been known to happen.
What do you take for lunch to work?
What a good idea - getting some of this on my shopping list!
Woman suing Nutella over false nutrition claims
It is amazing though, that people actually think Nutella is nutritious. We were just talking about it last night. My friends were surprised that it wasn't very healthy. just another example of misleading advertising done by companies to get your money.
What are the 10 most essential things in your spice cupboard?
I only use granulated garlic from Penzy's. I also use fresh garlic quite often. I usually use granulated garlic on meats in conjunction with another seasoning. I also use it for my garlic cheese biscuits. Yum!!!
What are the 10 most essential things in your spice cupboard?
I have really started to use coriander. I think I would put that on my list.
What are you cooking for the Super Bowl?
It is similar to salsa - very liquidy so that the pasta can absorb the liquid.
What are you cooking for the Super Bowl?
Here is the link to the recipe. This week I am substituting pork sausage for the ground beef, and I will use less sour cream. I am also using large shells versus the manicotti shell - should be easier to serve to a larger crowd. The best part of the recipe is that it can be made the night before.

What are you cooking for the Super Bowl?
I am cooking a mexican italian feast - mexican manicotti, meatballs, crab meatballs wrapped in bacon, italian sloppy joes, and some other apps. Looking forward to the Super Bowl
