That's a tough one ... I can think of a few, but a common theme seems to be duck.

Milk ... I adore milk. Lately my milk of choice is whole milk.

Well, dinner parties really aren't my style, so I don't think I have one ...
My favorite comfort food:
Soft multigrain or honey wheat bread spread with a soft, mild brie and drizzled with honey. Its also good with preserves in place of the honey, but honey is my favorite.
My most tattered cookbooks:
Tattered? Never! They are handled with care! The recipes I use the most don't take much from the cookbooks anyways ... a note card with amounts and temperatures for reference might be necessary for some just to make sure I'm not mixing up recipes ... other than in a mixing bowl, of course.
