There are many, but for me it's not so much a meal as a it is a component. My German mother-in-law always serves fresh Weisswurst for breakfast that she purches from her neighborhood metzger in Kumhausen. They are the perfect example of how something very simple can be so good. They are extraordinarily fluffy and herbacious. The veal is fresh and you can taste every ingrediant in perfect balance.

Open a restaurant based on "cuisine a la bier" showcasing not only fine food but how wonderfully beer can be paired with it.

For something a bit shy of formal I love to make stout braised short ribs. I love to cook with beer and this isn't fussy so I can enjoy the party. The resulting flavors are complex enough to impress.
