Apres-ski Eats between Steven's Pass and Seattle

try Benjarong in Munroe right on the highway. it is way better than you expect Thai fare, fresh, bright, interesting and friendly enthusiastic service. they will make it "spicy like a Thai eats" if you like as well.

If you could only eat in five Seattle restaurants for the rest of your life, which would you choose?

no particular order

Via Tribunali-I can eat neopolitan pizza almost everyday
Le Pichet-if we can never go to europe again..
Moshi Moshi-painfully torn between sushi & vietnamese
Pasta Bella-homestyle italian is a staple, i would put a mexican place first if only there was one
Blue Glass-someone has to serve me cocktails, beer and breakfast!

Kent/Lynnwood area - Beef

costco for sure. got amazing prime ribeyes at the shoreline location last week. these are the grain-fed-not so good for the environment kind, but a true treat. S&L Quality Meats near the 1-5 at Mill Creek has grass fed beef from a good CA ranch.
