I have gone through these threads extensively and many other websites and several restaurants keep coming up. My only problem is i have 10 restos to choose from and only 4 nights in Manhattan. So for those who have been there please share which of the places that are MUST DO and somewhat different (makes no sense hitting per se daniel and le bernardin, i just want the best one for this time). Price is not an issue. It doesn't have to be fine dining, or amazing setting and service, I just want the best damn food. If i fail to mention some please do

From what ive seen its too much of a rush, i dont like to go to small tapas bar, eat a small portion standing up, so ill eat tapas for lunch. For dinner though i want a nice sit down kinda meal to enjoy my wine and dinner. What are the michelin starred places in Madrid?

Sorry to do this but ive gone through most of the threads and cant seem to find what im lookin for.

I am lookin for the best restaurants in Madrid, i dont care how expensive im willing to pay whatever for a good meal. What are the michelin starred ones? for Paella i went to La Barraca which is great. I tried Botin not that good nor was Maison Txistu or the Asador in the Bernabeu.... I have been to Madrid over 5 times and stil cant find an upscale restaurant that was to die for. Im not a huge tapas fan. Finaly are there any amazing indian restaurants and steak houses?

Hey Im going to be in Manchester just one night , Im looking for something fantastic, budget is not an issue, i want fine dining, the best to offer... i have tried the following restos:

An Indian restaurants on the river near the Lowry hotel, i think East z east

is there something else you recommend or which of these would you go back to?
