One Night (Anniversary) in Seattle - Where to eat (I've searched! Still have questions)

Thanks Christy, Chez Shea looks great, and I may have overstated the need for "special", what I really mean is "not crazy brightly lit and/or obnoxiously loud" and that looks like it might fit the bill well.

One Night (Anniversary) in Seattle - Where to eat (I've searched! Still have questions)

I've searched the boards but am still having a problem picking a special occasion restaurant for my first anniversary next month. We're only in town for one night, and will probably base our hotel choice on our restaurant choice.

My biggest issue is that lots of Seattle restaurants appear to be closed on Sundays (ah well, Canlis & Book Bindery looked good until then) AND that I am deathly allergic to shellfish, so shellfish-heavy menus are off-putting.

Any other suggestions? Ambience is important (should feel special/romantic, doesn't need to be stuffy) and we're willing to spend however much it takes to have a lovely, memorable Sunday evening meal in Seattle. Help?
