Looks like there is a Korean restaurant in La Quinta called Sam's Korean BBQ & Teriyaki Grill. I am not sure if it is authentic Korean food as I have not tried it yet, but I plan to check it out the next time I'm in the area. I find Thai generally OK in the area. I like the burger place called Grill-A-Burger, although it closed their Palm Springs location. They still have a location in Palm Desert.
