My potato soup, and my steak chili.

Breakfast- Monty's Blue Plate Diner
Breakfast sandwich (toasted sourdough, bacon, over easy egg, tomato, goat cheese) with american fries

Lunch- Ella's Deli
Start with an order of deep fried pickle spears, then an open faced roast beef sandwich

Dinner- Bluephies Restaurant and Vodkatorium
Drink: PP smash (pomegranate liquer, house infused pineapple vodka, cilantro)
Appetizer: Jalapeno superbird (bacon wrapped jalapenos stuffed with chicken and goat cheese)
Main course: Chicken pot pie (trust me, it's the best one ever)
Dessert: Cookie dough eggroll. (enough said)

Get the seafood out. Smell/taste the giadineiera. If it doesn't smell/taste off, it's likely fine.

I live in Madison, and there are almost as many Culver's as McDonald's. Also, there are stores in Arizona, and there's talk of expansion to Florida.

Either a hardee's frisco burger, a red robin banzai burger, or jalapeno sliders from white castle.

Hi, my name is Olliegator, and I'm addicted to cheese, particularly brie and feta. Any cheese will do if I can make it into a sandwich, or sprinkle it over something.

A friend of mine has moved to Germany with her boyfriend. She says she misses peanut butter and doritos the most. I plan on going to costco and getting her a giant jar of it for her Christmas gift when she comes back home.

Yum. I once made a grilled cheese on our bakery's whole grain bread with smoked gouda, vine ripened tomatoes from the garden, and avocado.

My cousin used to operate several skyline chili restaraunts. I love eating a 3-way, and the fact that I get to ask the waiter for a 3-way. Also, it brings back lots of childhood memories, since I used to get this with my dad when I visited.

It was definitely one of my favorites. Maybe I'll try to re-create it.

I mis-spoke. I cook the flour enough to be not glue flavored. My gravy is white when I'm done with it.

I suppose that is true. My family hails from Texas, I was born in Deleware. My mother and I re-located to Wisconsin, and my dad's side of the family is all in Kentucky. I am used to bbq and cfs the way I like them, but others do eat it in other variations. I feel the same way about chili. Most chili I've tried here in Wisconsin does not seem to be what I consider chili, but who am I to yuck their yum?

I hate jelly/jam. I'd be pissed. Personally, I don't care if my husband gets peanut butter in the jelly, since I don't eat it. But if I'm making the sandwich for him, I use two knives. Also, I like mixing some maple syrup in with my peanut butter and whipping it together for my sandwiches.

Once, I made a pumpkin cheesecake with a chocolate crust. It had to be in a regular pie dish though, as it was a layer of cheesecake and a layer of pumpkin pie. The recipe is lost, but it was damn good.

If it's curried, why not add coconut milk?

Pardon me, my mind is blown.

It turned out fantastic. I even gathered the effort to make veggie stock while the other veggies were roasting. A few dashes of tobasco, and a dollop of sour cream made me a very happy lady tonight.

My grandma could give Miss Paula Deen a run for her money in butter consumption.

Case in point:
Grandma's fried cabbage

1 head of cabbage, sliced into ribbons
1 stick of butter
Electric skillet

Place cabbage and butter into skillet (on high). Cover and cook until butter is gone and cabbage is crispy. Salt and pepper to taste.

Oh so bad, but oh so good.

Southern Wisconsin is not so lucky :(

We are having roasted vegetable soup with grilled cheese. In a few minutes, I'm going to get up and prep my sweet potatoes, carrots, onions, and parsnips and start roasting. My house is going to smell awesome.

Something cheap. To be honest, once baked, you will not get the subtle nuances of any expensive micro brew. I worked in a deli and our beer batter/beer bread beer of choice was Hamms. It tasted great. I made beer battered fish tacos at home with a local beer (Capitol brewery supper club), and there was no marked difference in taste.

I tried not to yuck his yum.....but seriously? He tells me that he will try sushi when I try PB on pizza. That will not happen.

Farmer's market is done for the year. Grocery stores have gross tomatoes, none of them green. So i suppose my option is picking some anyway!

I'm going to flat out say, NO SALAD. I had mine out when I was 16, and decided I was going to have a nice big salad. I went to clean out the "sockets" with the little syringe they give you, and nothing came out, so I figured I was in the clear. WRONG. I got terrible pain and inflammation a few days later and went back to my surgeon's office. They extracted so much salad out of my sockets, and it caused dry socket. That required them to pack the wounds with a disgusting clove gauze.

On a postive note, I worked at Dairy Queen back in those days, and the ice cream was great.

I had a duck confit grilled cheese with green apples and havarti. It was spectacular.

DH enjoys peanut butter on pizza. I haven't been tempted by that one yet.

Tanquery and tonic with a twist of lime. I have tried many other gins including Gordon's and Bombay Sapphire, and nothing compares for me.
