Best meal I ever ate:

chicken mole enchiladas--three of them filled with shredded chicken and mole and TOPPED with another pair of breasts smothered in more mole; ceviche; Pineapple Jarritos all at Vuelve a la Vida in South Tacoma. Did I mention under $10?

My current drink of choice:

ganache-like hot chocolate

I really wish I could:

just order without regard for the price and not be grossed out about meat on the bone

devils' food cake with freshly churned Kahlua ice cream
