Monday Lunch in SF?
My husband and I are flying into SF on a Monday mid-morning and driving up to Sonoma in the afternoon to kick off our honeymoon in wine country. I'd love to stop in SF on our way north to check out the city and have an awesome lunch. Not sure which neighborhood to hit, but was thinking of the Haight. I've heard Amoeba Records is worth a stop. Anybody know of a great lunch spot with good ambiance in this area? Any recommendations welcome since I'm pretty open (though conveniently located would be nice).

We're flying into the San Francisco airport on our way to Sonoma for our honeymoon, and I'd like to stop in SF for lunch before driving north. However, I don't want to spend all day navigating the city. Does anyone have recommendations for lunch spots that are easy to get to? I'd love to be able to park, eat a nice lunch, and walk around a bit.
Fine Dining in Asheville
Thanks for all of the great suggestions! I guess I shouldn't have used the phrase "fine dining" since I'm not concerned with price or fanciness. I'm just looking for a great place to eat dinner downtown. I'll definitely check out your suggestions online.

I'm visiting Asheville in October with my mom, and we love to go out to a good dinner when we travel. I'd rather eat downtown, not at Biltmore or Grove Park. Any suggestions?
