Banh mi and pho in Dallas area

Hi everyone,

What are your favorite places for great banh mi and pho in the Dallas area? I'd like to know where the locals go. I don't mind driving since it sounds like most of the authentic places are outside of the Dallas city.

In reading other boards, it looks like Bistro B and Le Me' are popular spots. While it sounds like they have good vietnamese food overall, people don't really go there for pho or banh mi in particular.

Brunch in Honolulu

Hi everyone,

I was trying to narrow down a few ideas for brunch in Honolulu with a nice ambience. It appears that Orchids is a favoriate.

Also, the Oceanarium at the Pacific Beach Hotel has a seafood buffet on the weekends. There doesn't appear to be any recent posts for the Oceanarium so I'm not sure if anyone has been there recently and can comment on the food.

Best Luau and Good Eats?

Thanks for so much for the tips. We might just decide to skip a luau altogether and save our $$ for a great meal. But if we do decide to do a luau, I now have some pointers as to where to go.

Authentic Chinese - Northern Jersey?[moved from Midatlantic board]

Does anyone have any recommendations for some good Chinese food that would be considered authentic? So far I've visited Petite Soo Chow for weekend brunch and found it to be comparable to food found in Queens.

I don't want to have to trek all the way to the Edison or New Brunswick area. Any ideas?
